JOEL LEVATO, FOUNDER'S BIO: So it all started off with my grandfather Wayne Jordan and how he inspired me as a kid. He was a builder and a block mason for over 50 years. He raised me like a son and when I was old enough he started taking me to job sites which inspired me even more. I found later that I really loved working with my hands and decided I would enter the trades myself. I started off as a cement mason and joined the Union. As time passed I also joined the Labors Union. I left there several years later and worked with my grandfather and uncle at Jordan Construction. We did residential remodels and flipped houses. After a few years doing this, I was advised by two close family friends Polly Hutchings and Nat Strobel to go back to school and get my contracting license. Once attaining my contractors license and Incorporating. I landed a few major contracts with some major box stores and the rest is history.
